Yesterday, I took a half-day or work and drove with T. up to Syracuse (hour-and-a-half-drive) to get zapped with lasers.

I am really really liking the results of laser hair removal. I’ve struggled with excess hair since puberty, and I love having parts smooth and worry-free. Also? Groupon makes it actually affordable

THEN we hit two Army-Navy surplus stores, bought a $27 wool blanket (We shall see) and some nifty stuff, including a new purse for me, hit our favorite bulk food store, a farm stand, and went out for Indian at a new place in College Town (yes, Ithaca has a section called College Town.)

Then we played Carcasone and hung out with the cats.

Awesome day. We should have more of those.
