And last week, while better than the week before it, wasn’t stellar. Less tracking. So, It’s Monday. Gym tonight, and back on track with tracking.
I can do this.
(I feel less heavy, which is sort of weird.)

Is your tracking system too easy to not track? Since slipping seems to occur.
Mmm? Any tracking system for me is too easy to not track. And since there’s calculations involved and we cook at home a lot (so things are a list of ingredients, not “and then there’s a processed meal”) it can sometimes just be a hassle.
*nod* Seems like noting ingredients for future math purposes even if you don’t feel like doing math might be a thing. I dunno.

yes, and not just going “fuck it” and eating everything.
