Looking at the scale (177.4), clearly I need to try something different.
Would you guys be willing to be my accountability for a couple weeks? I figure if I have to make a daily blog post with food & exercise, I’m a lot more likely to actually track it.

What are you looking for in the way of accountability? Comments/PMs if you don’t post your logs any given day?
That would be nice, yes. If i have enough people, someone ought to have the spoons any given day.
Is there anything else that would be useful?
Hrrm. Other stuff is more overall; i.e., cheering on in a general way, reminders about why I’m doing this, that really, the cookie might taste good now but I really want to be more comfortable in my skin later.
This reminds me I really need to do another morning weight check. I haven’t done one for several days.
I’ve settled on doing them every monday morning.
